A delegation from the Ministry of Lands, Regional Government and Religious Affairs is currently attending the second session of the United Nations Habitat Assembly (UNHA2) at the UN Complex in Gigiri, Nairobi, Kenya.
The two-day session which began on May 29 2025, brought together representatives from all 193 UN Member States, alongside stakeholders from civil society, the private sector, academia, and grassroots organizations.
The Assembly serves as the highest global decision-making body on sustainable urbanization and human settlements which aims at enhancing access to financing for housing, strengthening institutional capacity as well as build international collaboration
